All meal orders must be finalized THREE WEEKS prior to your event.
A guaranteed guest count is required EIGHT DAYS prior to your event!

All pricing is per person.

Breakfast

• Continental Breakfast
  • Assorted rolls and muffins
  • Coffee and orange juice

Lunch

All lunches are served with tea, lemonade, and coffee.

• BBQ Pork Sandwiches
  • Served with baked beans, chips, and a choice of salad (potato, pasta, or macaroni)
• Sandwich Bar
  • Build your own sandwiches. Options include deli ham, turkey, smoked turkey, roast beef, American and Swiss cheese, assorted breads and rolls, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles. Served with chips, and a choice of salad (potato, pasta, or macaroni)
• Hamburgers
  • 1/3 lb char-grilled hamburgers served with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cheese, potato chips, and choice of salad (potato, pasta, or macaroni)
• Taco Bar
  • All the makings for tacos: shells, refried beans, beef, cheese, onions, salsa, black olives, sour cream, jalapenos, and more

Dinner

All dinners are served with garden salad, choice of vegetable, choice of potato, dinner roll, tea, lemonade, and coffee.

• Rotisserie Chicken
  • Chicken seasoned just right and slow cooked so that it falls off the bone
• Chicken Cordon Bleu
  • Lightly breaded chicken breast with ham and melted Swiss cheese inside
• Pot Roast Beef
  • Slow-cooked, tender pot roast. It melts in your mouth!
• Sirloin
  • Available in 8 oz. and 10 oz. cuts, grilled to perfection
• Roasted Beef Tenderloin
  • Beef tenderloin marinated in a merlot with rosemary and garlic
